Our Earth is Our Heart

Our compassion for life comes directly from this planet. Cultivating a boundless heart will heal ourselves. Directing our mind to merge with our heart we find a guiding wisdom. Also, we may experience a peace of mind, body and soul. May you find this integrated whole. It takes courage to quiet our mind and listen to our heart. Let us connect the "h" from the end of the word earth with the "h" in front of the word heart—"earthheart" — since they are one and the same!
